Meet SAVVY
The adorable inspiration behind it all. My daughter Savvy (short for Savannah) is my ultimate mini-me. She has been Miss Independent since the day she joined the world, but her young determination and spunk keeps me going in all aspects of life. Oh, and she has always been a fan of sweets!
Meet me, Courtney
It was at Savvy's 1st birthday party that I tasted my first macaron ever (I had ordered them cause they were pretty!) and knew I had to learn how to make these myself. As a true baker at heart since the age of 16 (my first job was a cake decorator in a small bakery in my hometown in California), I decided to take on the challenge of mastering these little treats. Little did I know, these little round delicacies are complicated, finicky, and tedious yet the most rewarding treats I've ever attempted. Never being defeated by a challenge (you know that saying, "Like Mother, Like Daughter"?!), I can confidently say that I have now mastered the art of macarons and I continue to let my creativity flow with these beauties. I opened our first brick and mortar in August 2023 in Fallbrook and am now able to offer classes as well!
