A macaron (mac-a-rOhn) is a meringue-like cookie made of almond flour, sugar, and egg-whites sandwiched around a buttercream or ganache filling. These French originated cookies have a delicate, eggshell-like shell with a chewy meringue-like inner texture and are completely different from a macaroon (mac-a-rOOn), which is a shredded coconut based cookie.

Because macarons are a very time consuming product to create, I ask that you submit your request in a minimum of one week prior to .your pick-up date. A $10 rush fee will be charged if you need them prior to one week. Rush orders are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
I understand that plans can change, and I am glad to assist you in making changes to your order/date whenever feasible and within reason. I can allow cancellations up until and no later than 10 days prior to your pickup date in order to get a refund. There are absolutely NO cancellations, and therefore NO refunds less than 10 days from your pickup date.
Macarons are best enjoyed within 3-5 days at room temperature or 5-7 days in the fridge. You can also freeze macarons, just make sure to allow them to sit for about 30 minutes to come to room temperature before eaten. If kept in the fridge or freezer, macarons are best preserved in an airtight container.
Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of macarons and the uncertainty that the macarons would stay perfectly intact during transit, I do not ship at this time.
I currently offer one flavor and one color per dozen. I often offer specials on variety packs so follow me @savvymacs on Instagram and Facebook and keep an eye out for announcements!
